Cancellation Policy

Please note that you are requesting to book with Novel & Navy Designs. Once the designer has approved your request, a contract will be sent to you via the provided email address. Upon signing the contract and returning it to the designer, an invoice to pay the 25% deposit will be sent. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours. Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours prior to start date. Cancellation can be done free of charge up to 72 hours prior to start date. If you cancel within 72 hours and 24 hours prior to start date, a $20 fee will incur. If you cancel within 24 hours of start date, a $40 fee will incur.
